Pricing Structure
Monthly subscription rates include payment processing fees. Customers may choose to pay via ACH bank transfer at reduced rates: Essential ($121/month), Priority ($162/month), Concierge ($202/month).
Emergency Response Definition
Emergencies affecting quality of life, including water intrusion, electrical hazards, security issues (broken doors/windows), or structural safety concerns.
Hour Rollover Policy
- Unused hours roll over with an 8-hour maximum cap
- All rolled hours expire on December 31st annually
- Hours reset January 1st
Paint Supply Policy
- Client must supply all paint for touch-ups and painting projects
- ZZR will provide recommendations on paint type, finish, and quantity needed
- All other materials (patching compounds, drywall, fasteners, etc.) included per tier allowance
Overage Policy
Services exceeding allotted annual hours will incur additional fees at $55/hour plus materials.
Client Requirements
- Provide a prioritized service request list before each quarterly scheduling
- All services must fall within ZZR's defined scope of work
- 48-hour notice for non-emergency scheduling changes
- Monthly service fees must be current before scheduling services
Recommended Seasonal Services
- Spring: Exterior stucco inspection and repairs, exterior painting projects
- Summer: Interior painting refresh, drywall repairs, installations
- Fall: General repairs, waste removal, weatherproofing assessments
- Winter: Interior projects, maintenance planning for the upcoming year
⚠️ Subscription Payment Reminder
To ensure uninterrupted service, your monthly subscription fee must be current before services can be scheduled.
- Payments are due on your designated billing date each month.
- Services cannot be scheduled on accounts with an outstanding balance.
- Accounts more than 30 days past due will forfeit all unused subscription hours and the full annual agreement, without refund or credit.
- ZZR Home Solutions reserves the right to cancel the subscription agreement upon 30-day delinquency.
